Where a person holds residential land from the Aboriginal Housing Authority
and is the owner of that land for the purposes of the Act by virtue of
paragraph
(e) of the definition of "owner" in section 3(1) of the Act, the levy for the
relevant financial year in respect of that land is remitted for the benefit of
that person to the extent set out in regulation 11.
