South Australian Consolidated Regulations30—Expiation of alleged offences
(1) The expiation fees
set out in Schedule 10 are fixed for alleged offences against section 70
of the Act (other than an offence referred to in subregulation (2)).
(2) The expiation fee
for an alleged offence against section 70 of the Act constituted of the taking
of fish by a person—
(a) by
using a fish net in any of the waters of the State specified in Schedule 7
Part 1; or
(b) by
using a net other than a large mesh net or sardine net in any of the
waters of the State specified in Schedule 7 Part 2,
is a fee of $200.
(3) Text set out in
italic type in a column headed "Description of fishing activity constituting
offence" in the Table in Schedule 10 is a description for convenience purposes
only and is not to be taken to define the offence for which a particular
amount is fixed as the expiation fee.
