   1--Short title

   These regulations may be cited as the Forest Property Regulations 2001.

   3--Interpretation

   In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears--

   Act means the Forest Property Act 2000.

   4--Fees

   For the purposes of section 11 of the Act, the fee payable to the
   Registrar-General on an application under section 11 is the fee fixed
   under the Real Property Act 1886 for registration of an instrument of a
   miscellaneous nature.
