South Australian Consolidated Regulations22—False or misleading statements
(1) A person must not
make a statement that is false or misleading in a material particular in, or
in connection with, an application for a permit under these regulations.
Maximum penalty: $750.
(2) It is a defence to
a charge of an offence against subregulation (1) for the defendant to
prove that he or she believed on reasonable grounds that the statement was
true.
