South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations49—Records to be kept by clubs
(1) A recognised
firearms club must make records, as required by the Registrar by notice in
writing, of—
(a) in
respect of each person granted membership of the club, the actions taken in
compliance with regulation 48; and
(b)
participation by members of the club in activities of the club that involve
the shooting of firearms; and
(c)
attendance by members of the club at meetings of the club including those of
the kind referred to in paragraph (b) (if any).
(2) Records referred
to in subregulation (1) must be kept by the club for at least 3 years and
must be produced for inspection when requested by the Registrar.
