South Australian Consolidated Regulations55—Operator to inform Registrar of change
(1) A recognised
paint-ball operator or recognised commercial range operator must, within 28
days after a variation in or addition to the activities of the operator has
occurred, provide the Registrar with a description of the variation in or
addition to the activities of the operator.
(2) A recognised
paint-ball operator or recognised commercial range operator that is a company
must, within 28 days after—
(a) a
variation to the constitution of the operator comes into force; or
(b) a
change in the directors or shareholders of the operator has occurred,
provide the Registrar with—
(c) the
text of the variation to the constitution; or
(d) the
names of the persons who have ceased to be directors or shareholders of the
operator and the names and addresses of persons who have become directors or
shareholders of the operator,
(as the case requires).
(3) A recognised
paint-ball operator or recognised commercial range operator must—
(a) from
time to time, at the request of the Registrar, provide the Registrar with such
information in relation to the affairs and activities of the operator as the
Registrar requires; and
(b)
permit the Registrar, or a person authorised by the Registrar, to inspect the
operator's premises and grounds or range at any reasonable time.
