FEES REGULATION (PUBLIC TRUSTEE ADMINISTRATION FEES) REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 4

4—Fee under Guardianship and Administration Act

        (1)         The fee payable by an administrator of a protected person's estate to the Public Trustee for examination of a statement of the accounts of an estate and preparation of a report for the Guardianship Board by the Public Trustee under section 44 of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1993 is $125 per hour or part of hour.

        (2)         The fee payable under subregulation (1) may be paid by the administrator from the protected person's estate.
