   Legislative history

   1--Short title

   These regulations may be cited as the Graffiti Control
   Regulations 2002.

   2--Commencement

   These regulations will come into operation on the day on which section
   4 of the Graffiti Control Act 2001 comes into operation.

   3--Prescribed types of cans of spray paint--section 4(2)

   Pursuant to section 4(2) of the Graffiti Control Act 2001, subsection
   (1) of that section does not apply in relation to the sale of cans
   containing paint that--

   (a) does not contain a pigment; and

   (b) is transparent when sprayed onto a surface.
