GRAFFITI CONTROL REGULATIONS 2002 - REG 3

3—Prescribed types of cans of spray paint—section 4(2)

Pursuant to section 4(2) of the Graffiti Control Act 2001 , subsection (1) of that section does not apply in relation to the sale of cans containing paint that—

            (a)         does not contain a pigment; and

            (b)         is transparent when sprayed onto a surface.
