The holder of a gaming machine licence or an approved gaming machine manager
must not suffer or permit another person (other than the licensee or manager)
to—
(a)
issue or have control of the keys or other security devices for gaming
machines on the licensed premises; or
(b)
exercise the power to withhold winnings in the circumstances prescribed by the
Act.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
