   1--Short title

   These regulations may be cited as the Goods Securities
   Regulations 1999.

   4--Interpretation

   In these regulations--

   Act means the Goods Securities Act 1986.

   5--Fees

   The fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the
   Act.

   Schedule 1--Fees

   1
   On application for registration of a security interest (section 5)--
   (a) where application is made using magnetic tape or disc facilities
   (per security interest)

                                                                     $9.00

   (b) where application is made using on-line facilities (per security
   interest)

                                                                     $6.00

   (c) in any other case (per security interest)

                                                                    $13.00

   On application for a certificate of registered security interests
   (section 9)

   On application for postponement of a security interest to a security
   interest subsequently registered (section 12(5))
