(1) Part A of the
costs of the Scheme for a contribution year are shared between the owners and
occupiers of the category 1 and 2 land in proportion to the risk management
allocations attached to their respective land.
(2) Part B of the
costs of the Scheme for a contribution year are shared between the owners and
occupiers of category 1 land in proportion to the risk management allocations
attached to their respective category 1 land.
