LOCAL GOVERNMENT (PROCEDURES AT MEETINGS) REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 30

30—Interruption of meetings by others

A member of the public who is present at a meeting of a council or council committee must not—

            (a)         behave in a disorderly manner; or

            (b)         cause an interruption.

Maximum penalty: $500.
