LOCAL GOVERNMENT (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 18A

18A—By-laws—roads

Pursuant to section 239(1)(g) of the Act, a council is authorised to make by-laws about the following:

            (a)         the use of roads for camping;

            (b)         the prevention of the obstruction of—

                  (i)         any road; or

                  (ii)         any footway, water-channel, or watercourse in a road.
