South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations (1) Pursuant to
section 131(5)(b) of the Act, the South Australian Local Government Grants
Commission is a prescribed body.
(2) For the purposes
of subsection (5) of section 131 of the Act, the relevant day by which an
annual report must be submitted by a council under that subsection is 31
December in the financial year immediately following the end of the financial
year to which the annual report relates.
