South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations9—Mandatory conditions—code of practice
(1) For the purposes
of section 42 of the Act, the code of practice entitled Code of Practice under
section 42 Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (September 1997) published by the
Commissioner with the approval of the Minister is approved.
(2) The Commissioner
must ensure that—
(a) a
copy of the code of practice is available free of charge to each licensee; and
(b) a
copy of the code of practice is available for inspection by members of the
public free of charge during normal business hours at the office of the
Commissioner; and
(c)
copies of the code of practice are made available for purchase or by other
means.
