LIBRARIES REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 11

11—Bicycles, skateboards etc

        (1)         A person must not ride a bicycle, scooter, skateboard, roller-skates, in-line skates or similar device on library premises.

Maximum penalty: $100.

Expiation fee: $25.

        (2)         Subregulation (1) does not apply to a device used to assist a person with a physical impairment.
