LIVESTOCK REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 5

5—Exemptions

        (1)         Section 46(1)(a) of the Act does not apply in relation to the feeding of ruminants, dogs or cats.

        (2)         Section 46(1)(a) to (d) (inclusive) of the Act do not apply in relation to the following products:

            (a)         tallow;

            (b)         gelatine.
