South Australian Consolidated Regulations South Australian Consolidated Regulations9—Eligibility requirements—artificial breeding procedures
A person is not eligible to be registered under section 19 of the Act to
perform an artificial breeding procedure unless the person—
(a) is a
fit and proper person to be registered; and
(b) has
qualifications and experience that the Chief Inspector considers appropriate
having regard to the kind of procedures that the applicant would be authorised
to perform if granted the registration.
