MOTOR VEHICLES (ACCIDENT TOWING ROSTER SCHEME) REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 55

55—General offence

A person who is in breach of, or who fails to comply with, a regulation is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $1 250.

Expiation fee: $310.
