9—Recovery of penalty under section 115

Pursuant to section 115(5) of the Act, the following sections of Chapter 5 of the Act are prescribed:

            (a)         section 106;

            (b)         section 110;

            (c)         sections 112 and 113;

            (d)         section 116.
