Pursuant to section 232 of the Act, section 125(5), (6) and (7) of
the Act does not apply in relation to the variation of a regulation under
section 125(1) or (2) that is being made in order to address an incorrect
reference to a plan deposited in the General Registry Office, or to correct
some other form of error.
