OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY PRACTICE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 9

9—Meaning of health service

For the purposes of the definition of "health service" in section 51 of the Act, each of the following services is declared to be a health service for the purposes of Part 6 of the Act:

            (a)         acupressure;

            (b)         acupuncture;

            (c)         homeopathy;

            (d)         massage therapy;

            (e)         naturopathy;

            (f)         nutritional therapy;

            (g)         traditional Chinese medicine;

            (h)         western herbal medicine.
