   1--Short title

   These regulations may be cited as the Public Corporations (Economic
   Development Board) Regulations 2002.

   2--Commencement

   These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are
   made.

   3--Interpretation

   In these regulations--

   Act means the Public Corporations Act 1993.

   4--Application of section 12 to Board

   Section 12 of the Act applies to the Economic Development Board
   established by the Economic Development Act 1993.
