South Australian Consolidated RegulationsThe annual fee under section 17 of the Act is payable as follows:

in the case of an accreditation that authorises a person to process or handle

Despite paragraphs (a) to (e), the annual fee payable by an accredited
processor or handler who is authorised to process or handle meat other than
for supply to the domestic Australian market and is registered in accordance
with regulations under the Export Control Act 1982 of the Commonwealth is
the administration fee. |
