South Australia Registration of Deeds (Fees) Regulations 2004 under the Registration of Deeds Act 1935 Contents 1 Short title 3 Fees payable to Registrar-General of Deeds Schedule 1--Fees Legislative history 1--Short title These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Deeds (Fees) Regulations 2004. 3--Fees payable to Registrar-General of Deeds The fees set out in Schedule 1 are payable to the Registrar-General of Deeds.
