South Australian Consolidated Regulations29—Form of written work diaries
(1) A written work
diary must be in a form determined by the Authority.
(2) The Authority
must, in making a determination under subregulation (1), have regard to,
and seek to give effect to, the format for written work diaries approved by
the ATC by notice in the Commonwealth Government Gazette.
(3) Without limiting
this regulation, a written work diary must contain—
(a) a
unique identifying number for the written work diary; and
(b)
sequentially numbered daily sheets for making daily records; and
(c)
provision for recording information on the daily sheets; and
(d) 2
copies of each daily sheet (not including the original); and
(e) if
an application form is contained in the diary—a duplicate of that form;
and
(f)
instructions for using the written work diary,
and may contain any other information or form the Authority thinks fit.
