South Australian Consolidated Regulations86—Minister may declare regulations not to apply
(1) The Minister may,
by notice in the Gazette, declare that these regulations, or specified
provisions of these regulations, do not apply to, or in relation to, the use
of vehicles of a specified class in the circumstances specified in the notice.
(2) A notice under
this regulation may be conditional or unconditional.
(3) A person who
contravenes or fails to comply with a condition specified in a notice under
this regulation is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
(4) The Minister may,
by subsequent notice in the Gazette, vary or revoke a notice under
subregulation (1).
