"relevant entity" means an entity that has entered into an arrangement with
the Board under section 5 of the Act;
"salary" means the salary defined by the first or second
definitions of "salary" in the Act as modified by the provisions of Division 1
or 2 applicable from time to time in relation to a contributor.
