Transitional provision
For the purposes of these regulations, a sign, device or marking apparently
regulating, restricting or prohibiting the driving or parking of vehicles
within the grounds of a college at the commencement of these regulations will
be taken to have been erected or placed on the authority of the director of
the college under these regulations.
