the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, that the vehicle or its
equipment does not comply with Chapters 4.4 and 6.10 of the ADG
Code.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of a body corporate—$20 000;
(b) in
the case of an individual—$4 000.
