bodies (section 103Z(4))
For the purposes of section 103Z(4)(b)(ii) of the Act, if—
(a) an
application for development authorisation under either the
Development Act 1993 or the Planning, Development and Infrastructure
Act 2016 relates to land the subject of a site contamination audit; and
(b) a
body other than the council for the area in which the land is situated is a
relevant authority for the purposes of assessment of the proposed development
under the Development Act 1993 or the Planning, Development and
Infrastructure Act 2016 (as the case requires),
that body is a prescribed body to which a site contamination audit statement
must be provided in relation to that audit.
