For the purposes of this Division, a person licensed to conduct a waste depot
who is not required to have installed an approved weighbridge under
Division 3, or uses a method other than an approved weighbridge to
measure and record the amount of waste and other matter received, used or
disposed of at, or transported from, the depot in accordance with that
Division, must record any information in relation to the method used by the
licence holder in accordance with the requirements specified in the Waste
Reporting, Record Keeping and Measurement Standard .
Maximum penalty: $4 000.
Expiation fee: $300.
