91—Additional requirements in relation to making, retention and
availability of records
A person licensed to conduct a waste depot who is required to record
information under this Division must—
(a)
record and keep the information in the manner and form required under the
Waste Reporting, Record Keeping and Measurement Standard or as approved by the
Authority by notice in writing; and
(b)
ensure that each record is kept for at least 5 years after the record was
made; and
(c) make
any of the records available for inspection and copying by an authorised
officer on request.
Maximum penalty: $4 000.
Expiation fee: $300.
