mass balance report under regulation 74(2) must—
(a) if
required by the Authority by notice in writing to the licence holder, within
the time specified in the notice, prepare a vehicle flow plan in relation to
vehicle movement at the depot in accordance with the requirements specified in
the Waste Reporting, Record Keeping and Measurement Standard ; and
(b) make
the plan available for inspection and copying by an authorised officer on
request.
Maximum penalty: $4 000.
Expiation fee: $300.
