South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations126—Operating another vessel too close to person being towed
(1) A person who
operates a vessel within 100 m directly behind a person who is being
towed by another vessel is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
(2) This regulation is
in addition to, and does not derogate from, any other requirement the operator
must comply with under the Act or these regulations in relation to the
operation of the vessel.
