154—Moorings not to be laid without approval
(1) A person must not
lay down a mooring, or cause a mooring to be laid down, in a boat haven except
in accordance with the approval of the CE.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
(2) The owner of a
mooring in a boat haven must, at the request of the CE, relocate or remove the
mooring as required by the CE.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
(3) If the owner of a
mooring in a boat haven fails to comply with a request under
subregulation (2), the CE may remove the mooring from the boat haven and
recover the costs of doing so, as a debt, from the owner of the mooring.
