HARBORS AND NAVIGATION REGULATIONS 2023 - REG 61

61—Duration of pilot's licence

A pilot's licence remains in force until—

            (a)         the licensee ceases to be qualified, in accordance with regulation 60, to hold a pilot's licence; or

            (b)         the licensee dies; or

            (c)         the licence is surrendered or cancelled,

whichever occurs first.
