Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets to State Owned Generators Leasing Co Pty Ltd) Proclamation 2020
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets to State Owned Generators Leasing Co Pty Ltd) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on 30 June 2020, immediately after the Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets to Treasurer) Proclamation 2020
comes into operation.
3—Transfer of certain assets to State Owned Generators Leasing Co Pty Ltd
The assets, rights and liabilities transferred to the Treasurer under clause 3 of the Administrative Arrangements (Transfer of Assets to Treasurer) Proclamation 2020
are transferred to the State Owned Generators Leasing Co Pty Ltd.
