Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Standard Time Act) Proclamation 2016
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Standard Time Act) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Industrial Relations
The administration of the Standard Time Act 2009
is committed to the Minister for Industrial Relations.
