Youth Court (Designation of Judge) Proclamation 2021
under section 10 of the Youth Court Act 1993
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Youth Court (Designation of Judge) Proclamation 2021.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on 8 December 2021.
3—Designation of Judge
The Judge of the District Court of South Australia named in Schedule 1
is designated as a Judge of the Youth Court of South Australia for a term expiring on 16 April 2025.
