19—Alteration of registered label or registered additional particulars
(1) A person who has
obtained the registration of a label and additional particulars may apply to
the Minister to alter the registered label or the registered additional
particulars.
(2) The application
shall be accompanied by a fee of five dollars.
(3) The Minister shall
deal with the application in the same way as if the application were for
registration of the registered label and registered additional particulars so
altered.
