29—Payment of costs of analysis
On the conviction of any person for an offence against this Act by means of
evidence of the analysis of any sample or part of any sample purchased or
taken under this Act, the court may order that the person pay to the
complainant such amount as the court thinks fit as the costs of and incidental
to the obtaining of the analysis.
