COUNTRY FIRES ACT 1989 - SECT 49

49—Delegation by councils

        (1)         A council may, by instrument in writing, delegate to a fire prevention officer any of its powers or functions under this Part.

        (2)         A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not derogate from the powers of the council.
