South Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The
Country Fire Service (C.F.S.) is established.
(2) The C.F.S.—
(a) is a
body corporate;
(b) has
full juristic capacity to exercise any powers that are by their nature capable
of being exercised by a body corporate;
(c)
holds its property on behalf of the Crown.
(3) Where a document
appears to bear the common seal of the C.F.S., it will be presumed, in the
absence of proof to the contrary, to have been duly executed by the C.F.S.
