FISHERIES ACT 1982 - LONG TITLE
An Act to provide for the conservation, enhancement and management of
fisheries, the regulation of fishing and the protection of certain fish; to
provide for the protection of marine mammals and the aquatic habitat; to
provide for the control of exotic fish and disease in fish, and the regulation
of fish processing; and for other purposes.
