South Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Governor may
make such regulations as are contemplated by this Act or as are necessary or
expedient for the purposes of this Act.
(1a) Without limiting
the generality of subsection (1), those regulations may—
(a)
prescribe fees to be paid on application for a permit or exemption under
this Act or for the issue of a duplicate authority;
(b)
provide for the payment, recovery, waiver or reduction of such fees.
(2) Any regulations
made under this or any other section of this Act may—
(a) be
of general application or limited according to the persons or things, classes
of persons or things, times, places or circumstances to which they are
expressed to apply; and
(ab) fix
expiation fees for alleged offences against section 41 or the
regulations; and
(b) make
provision facilitating proof of the commission of an offence against the
regulations.
