19—Penalty for breach of regulations
Any person offending against any of the rules or regulations in force under
the provisions of this Part or The Hospitals Act 1867 shall, upon summary
conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty not exceeding twenty dollars, or to
be imprisoned for any term not exceeding three months.
