5—Power to proclaim public hospitals
(1) The Governor, may
from time to time, by proclamation, declare any place or places deemed
suitable and provided for the purposes of an hospital or institution for the
cure of disease or for the relief of diseased persons, to be a public
hospital.
(2) The Governor may,
by proclamation, declare that any place or places so proclaimed under this
section or under The Hospitals Act 1867 shall cease to be a public
hospital.
