South Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Board may make
such orders for costs against a party to proceedings before it as the Board
considers just and reasonable.
(2) Where the Board
has ordered payment of costs, a certificate of the costs shall be filed in the
Supreme Court.
(3) Where a
certificate has been filed under subsection (2), proceedings may be taken
for the recovery of the costs as if the certificate were a judgment of the
Supreme Court.
(4) If a party is
dissatisfied with the amount of the costs fixed by the Board, he may request a
master of the Supreme Court to tax the costs and the amount fixed by a master
on taxation shall be the amount of the costs for the purposes of this section.
